Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by brightfields. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.

Payment is due at the time of service or as otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods including cash, debit cards, and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely.

Cancellation and Refunds

For dine-in services, payment is typically made after service completion. For pre-orders or special arrangements, cancellation policies will be communicated at the time of booking.

If you are unsatisfied with our service or products, please speak with our staff immediately so we can address your concerns promptly.

Customer Conduct

We expect all customers to behave respectfully towards our staff and other patrons. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask customers to leave if they engage in disruptive, inappropriate, or unlawful behaviour.

Smoking is prohibited inside our premises. Please dispose of waste responsibly and respect our property and equipment.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of brightfields or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

The brightfields name, logo, and branding are trademarks of brightfields B.V. and may not be used without our permission.

Health and Safety

Force Majeure

brightfields shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government regulations, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

You may discontinue use of our services at any time. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to termination.
